getting listed
Getting listed is quick and easy and only costs you R500.00 (approx. 83 USD) for a lifetime listing on healthspaguru.com. Follow the following easy steps to get listed:
- Submit your spa or beauty salon details to us using the Submit Your Spa link on the right hand side of this page.
- E-mail us up to 5 images of you spa or salon to support@healthspaguru.com. The images should be approx. 340 pixels in width X 220 pixels in height or (12cm in width and 8cm in height).
- The healthspaguru.com team will send you through an invoice for the R500.00 once-off fee. Payment is required before your spa or salon page is displayed on the healthspaguru.com site.
- South African spa owners can make payment by EFT into a South African bank account or via our online payment facility.

International spa owners can make payment using 2 different methods of payment:
- Our secure online credit card payment facility. (Accepts VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards).
- Payment can be made directly into a bank account in your own country and in your own currency using our paygate facility. Read more about this option at: www.paygate.co.za. Details of the payment options will be sent through to you on e-mail.
- Once listed, there are NO recurring or annual listing fees.
NB: If your spa or salon has signed-up and uses the SpaGuru Spa and Salon management software then listing on the healthspaguru.com website is free.

Once you are listed you will be offered the option of enhancing your listing with us.
What are the benefits?
You can edit, add and delete new spa treatments and specials on your healthspaguru.com spa page yourself by using the members area. Your services that are loaded as specials are also promoted for free on the healthspaguru.com homepage under “Spa Deals”. Your spa is also listed at the top of the search results in your spas region and country searches.
Visitors to the site can view and book your spa treatments and specials online and your spa will receive an e-mail enquiry with the customer details, treatment date and time preferences.
How much does it cost to enhance my listing?
Enhancing your listing is completely free. Healthspaguru.com only charges 10% commission on any successfully confirmed bookings running through the site to your spa or salon. (e.g. If the booking is not successfully or the client does arrive, no commission will be charged).

enhanced listing payment options
Enhancing your listing is completely optional. Not only will your spa be listed at the top of your country or regions search results along with other enhanced listing spas, but you can receive bookings through the site from site visitors. In addition, any treatments marked as specials, will randomly appear on the Health Spa Guru homepage for free additional exposure.

Health Spa Guru charges 10% commission on any bookings that are submitted through our booking system to your spa and are subsequently confirmed by you with the client. E.G. If you don’t end up getting the booking, you don’t pay for the booking. There is however no other cost involved. If you would prefer not to pay commission on bookings but rather pay a fixed total yearly amount, the amount will be 1,650 ZAR (South Africa Rands) for 12 months with an option to renew or cancel on expiry of the 12 month period. Please contact us for further information on this option.
