Based on the results of an in-depth consultation or constitutional analysis, the therapist or practitioner prescribes services, herbs, yoga asanas, exercise programs or food guidelines etc.
There are many services available at the spa, including Abhyanga (body massage with herbal oils), Ayurvedic rebalancing facials, Shirodhara (dripping of warm herbal oil on the third eye), Marma massage, herbal exfoliation, and yoga and/or meditation experiences.
Ayurvedic consultations are also performed by the experienced Ayurvedic practitioner. Panchakarma therapy is an intensive, vaidya-supervised multi-day program designed to effect detoxification and promote deep rejuvenation.
